Are ethical decisions possible when your basic necessities are not met?

Nowadays, is common to find people with denied basic necessities. Usually, some of theses tend to steal but also there are some others that take ethical decisions. So is it unethical to try to survive? Even if you have to steal?

On the one hand, the people who steal maybe is because they cannot feed their children. How do we determine that this action is wrong? At a certain point they need the moeny and without access to it, they rob. Like Jamal and Salim when they steal the shoes of the visitors and later sell them.

On the other hand, there is a way to connect this common world problem in an ethical way. Attend to the asociation of Human Rights, maybe you can attend a group which helps you getting out of it. Find a job, maybe is difficutl to get one in this situation but you can approach the local government and they should give you a hand.

To sum up, the best desision you can make is you are in this situation is to take an ethical manner. In my opinion is the best choice in order to mantain the country stable an have peace of mind.
