"Where I come from..."

In my literature lesson we were reading the poem "Where I come from" by Elizabeth Brewster. One of the actvities that we were asked to do was creating the first stanza of a poem describing the place where we come from.

"Where I come from, the movement of wheels disturbs concentration.
The miau miau and pio pio coming from green gigants join the melody created by passers by.
The lack of colours describes the speed of life.
Every corner is a different world,
with new landscapes day after day."

By: Lara Ochagavía and Carolina Rondinelli.
